Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Mlinneso a was eid on the
3rd day of December , 19 79 . The following members were
present: Mavor Hunt. Coun t. Neils and Spaeth

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-801
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 806
PINEVIEW LANE STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4, dated November 13, 1979, for Progressive
Contractors, Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 4 in the amount of $282,269.82 to Progressive Contractors, Inc.
for Project 806.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
