RESOLUTION NO. 79-800
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
FERNBROOK LANE UTILITIES AND STREET
PROJECT NO. 804
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 8, dated November 15, 1979, for C. S. McCrossan,
Inc., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 8 in the amount of $30,064.85.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cou%ilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof- MaXor Himt, Cnuncilmamhar¢ Hoyt,
Neils and Spaeth
