AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 801
VICKSBURG LANE - CO. RD. 9 TO CO. RD. 47
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3, dated November 8, 1979, for Jerome Begin
Contracting Co., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 3 in the amount of $115,764.09 to Jerome Begin Contracting Co.
for Project 801.
