Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota was TeTdon the

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-791
APPROVING ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT
EUGENE A. HICKOK & ASSOCIATES, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth intends to use the services of consulting engineers
from time to time to perform professional services in the construction of public
works projects, and
WHEREAS, the City and Engineer deem it mutually advantageous to set forth the
details of their relationship in written contract form,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the engineering contract format and language as contained in the
attached "Agreement for Engineering Services" is hereby approved and that the
Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute same with Eugene A. Hickok
& Associates, Inc. in behalf of the City of Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
