Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-789
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT RENEWAL FOR GEORGIANNE BURSCH FOR HOME
OCCUPATION TO OPERATE A BEAUTY SALON AT 1315 DUNKIRK LANE, PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
(A-835)
WHEREAS, Georgianne Bursch has requested a conditional use permit renewal to
allow her to operate a beauty salon in her home at 1315 Dunkirk Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reveiwed said request and recommended
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ply-
mouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve the request of
Georgianne Bursch for a conditional use permit renewal to operate a beauty
salon at 1315 Dunkirk Lane in Plymouth, Minnesota, subject to the following
conditions:
1. The permit is issued to the applicant as operator of the facility and shall
be non -transferable.
2. The permit shall be subject to all applicable codes, regulations (including
state licensing requirements) and ordinances and violation thereof shall be
subject to grounds for revocation.
3. A current copy of the state operator's license shall be kept on file with
the City.
4. Off-street parking not to exceed two vehicles at any given time related to
the given use, shall be provided and maintained as approved by the City.
5. Hours of operation shall be between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Monday through
Saturday.
6. No signs shall be allowed on the property advertising the use.
7. There shall be no increase in the curb cut width at the street line.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
