RESOLUTION NO. 79-788
APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR RICHARD BUHRT (79075)
WHEREAS, Richard Buhrt has requested a conditional use permit to allow an
instant print°ng operation to be located in the building at 14332 - 21st
Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve the request of
Richard Buhrt to allow an instant printing operation to be located in the
building at 14332 - 21st Avenue North subject to the following conditions:
I. Permit is subject to all applicable ordinances, codes and regulations
and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. No outside storage of materials of trash disposal facilities.
3. No signs permitted without sign plan approval in accordance with ordinance
and plan criteria for this building.
4. Expansion of the use beyond the space shown shall be subject to ordinance
plan review procedures as an amendment to the permit.
5. The permit shall be for one year, at which time it shall be reviewed
by the Planning Commission.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
