Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
move is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-782
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR VOLP
CONSTRUCTION FOR HOLSUM BAKERY COMPANY (79076)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot consolidation for Volp Construction
Company for Holsum Bakery Company involving Lots 1 and 2, Block 1 of Playhouse
Industrial Park 2nd Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ply: -
mouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does direct the following condition
to be met prior to filing of said Lot Consolidation:
1. Appropriate easements as required by the City Engineer to be provided
by Petitioner.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
