RESOLUTION NO. 79-781
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR VOLP CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR HOLSUM BAKERY
COMPANY AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF RANCHVIEW LAND AND STATE HIGHWAY 55 (79076)
WHEREAS, Volp Construction on behalf of Holsum Bakery Company has requested
consolodation of platted Lots No. 1 and 2, Block 1 of Playhouse Industrial Park
2nd Addition into one lot for purposes of constructing an office/warehouse
complex;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve the following
consolidation, and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary
special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the consolidation
is approved by Hennepin County:
Lot 1, Block 1, Playhouse Industrial Park 2nd Addition (PIN 21-118-22-24-0006)
Lot 2, Block 1, Playhouse Industrial Park 2nd Addition (PIN 21-118-22-14-0007)
To be consolidated into a single new parcel.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.
