CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
3rd day of December , 1979 - The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth

_Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 79-777
APPROVING AMENDMENT TO LAND USE GUIDE PLAN FOR PROPERTY IN THE NORTHWEST QUADRANT
OF COUNTY ROAD 10 AND COUNTY ROAD 18 (79070)
WHEREAS, Larry Laukka Associates has requested approval of an amendment to the
Land Use Guide Plan involving the reguiding of approximately 29 acres from CL
(limited business) to LA -2 (low mediun density residential) in the northwest
quadrant of County Road 10 and County Road 18; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at a duly called public hearing has reviewed
said request in conjunction with a proposed MPUD concept plan and has recommended
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Larry Laukka
Associates for an amendment to the Land Use Guide Plan to reguide approximately
29 acres from CL (limited business) to LA -2 (low mediun density residential) in
the northwest quadrant of County Road 10 and County Road 18 in accordance with
Exhibit 79070 dated 11/14/79, subject to the condition that said reguiding be
contingent upon the approval and development of the proposed planned unit develop-
ment known as "Bass Lake Ridge" considered in conjunction with this action.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
o ncilmember Ho t , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe_ and adopted.
