moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-771
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT ON
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 010
CO. NO. 9 - NEW CO. NO. 9 TO VICKSBURG LANE
WATERMAIN
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Co. Rd. No. 9 from New Co. Rd. No. 9 to
Vicksburg Lane by the installation of water main and all necessary appurtenances;
and
WHEREAS, property benfited by such projects will be assessed for all or a
portion of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011
to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the proposed improvements he referred to Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik b Asociates for study and that the engineers he instructed to report
to the City Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a
preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should be best made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement, and the estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Spaeth, Councilmemhers
Davenport, Hoyt and Neils ,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passedand adopted.
