Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, ,innesota was a on the

Councilmember Davenport introdjced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-770
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT ON
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 009
HARBOR LANE SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION FOR
ST. LOUIS PARK MEDICAL BUILDING
WHEREAS, it is proposed to extend sanitary sewer service to the St. Louis Park
Medical Building on Harbor Lane by the installation of sanitary sewer and all
necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, property benfited by such projects will be assessed for all or a
portion of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011
to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik R Asociates for study and that the engineers be instructed to report
to the City Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a
preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should be best made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement, and the estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

following voted Vavor t ereo : Acting Mayor Spaeth, Councilmembers
Davenport, Hoyt and Neils
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
