Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-769
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT ON
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 008
PIKE LAKE DISTRICTS 2 & 3 INTERCEPTOR SANITARY SEWER
WHEREAS, it is proposed to provide sanitary sewer service to Pike Lake Districts
2 and 3 by the installation of interceptor sanitary sewer and all necessary
appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, property benfited by such projects will be assessed for all or a
portion of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011
to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik & Asociates for study and that the engineers be instructed to report
to the City Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a
preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should be best made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement, and the estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended.
