Minnesota - was held on the 19th day of November , 29 79 . The following members were present: Ming May -or -pa -e ounce erss avenport, Hoyt and Neils The following members we► -5 absent. _Mayor Hunt RRR RRR *** Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and moved its a option: RESOLUTION NO. 79-768 ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 007 LOTH AVENUE - NATHAN LANE WEST 1320 FEET STREET AND UTILITIES WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve 10th Avenue from Nathan Lane west 1320 feet by the installation of a 9 -ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter and including full grading, gravel base, bituminous surface, all necessary drainage facilities, and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, property benfited by such projects will he assessed for all or a portion of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended). NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik R Asociates for study and that the engineers he instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should he best made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of such an improvement is recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by' Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted n favor t reo ctin9 Mayor Spaeth, Councilmembers Daveneort, Hoyt and Neils Ine T01lowing votes against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
