Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, nnesota w_sl�eld on the
19th day of November , 1912_. The following members were

RESOLUTION NO. 79-764
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT ON
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 003
DUNKIRK LANE - CO. NO. 47 TO SOO LINE RAILROAD
GRAVEL AND GRADING
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Dunkirk Lane from the Soo Line Railroad
to County Road 47 by the installation of a two-lane rural roadway, including
full grading, gravel base, all necessary drainage facilities, and all necessary
appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, property henfited by such projects will he assessed for all or a
portion of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011
to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik A. Asociates for study and that the engineers be instructed to report
to the City Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a
preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should be best made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement, and the estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended.
