Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular� meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,inM nesota was held on the
19th day of November , 1979 - The following members were
present: Actin Ma or S aeth Councilmembers Davenport Hovt and Neils
The following !members were absent: Mayor Hunt
Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a option:
RESOLUTION NO, 79-761
DENYING REQUEST BY BOYER PALMER FOR LOT DIVISION (79065)
WHEREAS, Mr. Boyer Palmer has requested a variance from the subdivision
ordinance to permit a lot division of Lot 6, Block 1, Palmers Cove Addition
located on the west shore of Bass Lake along the northeast portion of the Oak
View Lane cul-de-sac; and,
WHEREAS, the petitioner seeks a variance to allow a lot widths less than the
ordinance minimum standard; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called
public hearing and has recommended denial;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ply-
mouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does deny the request of Mr. Boyer
' Palmer for a lot division of Lot 6, Block 1, Palmers Cove Addition because
no hardship has been demonstrated in accordance with ordinance standards and
he is not being denied a reasonable use of his property.
