Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-757
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT
WITH MOEN AND PENTTILA FOR 1979-80 AUDITING SERVICES
WHEREAS, Moen and Penttila, Ltd., Certified Public Accountants, have capably
provided auditing services to the City of Plymouth since 1974; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to enter into an agreement for 1979-80 auditing
services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the Mayor and
City Manager to enter an agreement, dated October 29, 1979, with Moen and
Penttila, Ltd. for 1979-80 auditing services.
FURTHER, the costs related to auditing services shall be expended from the
various appropriate amounts in relation to the actual dollars expended.
