Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota wasa on`the
5th__ day of November , 1979 . The following members were
present: Mavor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt Neils and Spaeth
The following -members were -151 : Councilmember Davenport
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 755
APPROVING GARBAGE HAULERS LICENSE
WHEREAS, the application for Garbage Haulers License has been received
from Dave's Sanitation

Hamel, MN 55340

The above application was received in accordance with Chapter VI,
Section 600.01 of Plymouth City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a Garbage Haulers License be approved for
Dave's Sanitation

Hamel, MN 55340

for a period to end March 31, 1980.
