The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Ne 1s and Spaeth The following members were absent: Councilmember Davenport Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 79-753 CHANGING THE CITY'S HOME IMPROVEMENT GRANT PROGRAM INCOME LIMITS AND DEDUCTION SCHEDULE WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth recently passed a resolution requesting that the Plymouth City Council consider that certain changes be made in the income limits and deduction schedule for the City's Home Improvement Grant Program, and WHEREAS, it is desireable to keep income limits for this program in line with inflationary trends; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the income limits for the City's Home Improvement Grant Program be changed from $7,500 annual adjusted gross income to $9,500 annual adjusted gross income and further that the deductions for qualified household members (excluding head of household or spouse) be changed from $300 per member to $500 per member. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by' Councilmember Neils . and upon vote being taken thereon, the followina-voted In favor thereof: Maunr Llan+ Neils Ine Ta 10WIng votea against or aDstainea: Nong Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
