HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1979-749Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 79-749 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND MISSION HILLS PARK STH ADDITION (A-338) WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated June 20, 1978, Mission Hills Park 5th Addition Partnership, developer of Mission Hills Park 5th Addn. (A-338), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below, and WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to reflect the completed work, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction $ 41,600 $ 12,480 Sanitary Sewer 22,900 2,290 Watermain 17,200 1,720 Storm Sewer 6,800 680 Boulevard Sod 4,600 4,600 Pond or Ditch Construction 11000 1,000 Street Signs 300 300 Street Sweeping b Storm Sewer Cleaning 11000 11000 Erosion Control 11000 1,000 Site Grading 36,800 9,200 Design, Adm., Insp. 15,984 0 TOTALS $149,184 $34,270 That the letter of credit be reduced to $34,270 to reflect the completed work.
