the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
5th day of November , 1979 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilme bers Hot Neil d Spaeth

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-748
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
FOR SCHIEBE'S OAKWOOD APARTMENTS (A-283)
COUNTY ROAD 6 AND HIGHWAY 101
WHEREAS, Kenneth Schiebe, developer of Schiebe`s Oakwood, has entered into a
Development Contract with the City of Plymouth (A-283), dated June 5, 1972,
pursuant to City ordinance and has agreed to complete certain improvements on
14th Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed certain utilities and street improvements
on 14th Avenue west of T. H. 101, and
WHEREAS, the City has inspected said improvements and finds them to be in
accordance with the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the development bond for the improvements on 14th Avenue for the
first phase of the apartment development is hereby reduced to $0.00 to reflect
that all work is completed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cqu cilme ber Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils
and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
