Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-744
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR WHEEL CENTER (A-453)
WHEREAS, the site plan for the Wheel Center at 11120 Highway 55 was approved
under City Council Resolution 73-99; and
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required site performance guarantee in
the form of a bond in the amount of $1,500.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer that required site improvements had
been accomplished, City Staff has inspected said site and recommends release
of the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
10 PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the site performance bond =X8679650 in the amount of $1,500.00 which was
submitted to quarantee site improvements for the Wheel Center at 11120
Highway 55.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Mavor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils
and Spaeth _

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
