Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-743
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR COMMERCIAL BUILDING MAINTENANCE
(A-711)
WHEREAS, the site plan for Commercial Building Maintenance at 13220 County Road 6
was approved under City Council Resolution 77-59; and
WHEREAS, the developers submitted the required site performance guarantee in the
form of a bond in the amount of $17,190.00; and
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer that required site improvements had been
accomplished, City Staff has inspected said site and recommends release of the
bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the site
performance bond #0350-05-059329 in the amount of. $17,190.00 which was submitted
to guarantee site improvements for Commercial Building Maintenance at 13220
County Road 6.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted.
