Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heTA on the
' 5th day of November , 19 79 . The following members were
present: Mavor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Counci mem er avenpor
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 79 740
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "HERITAGE ESTATES 2ND
ADDITION" RPUD 78-6 FOR MEDFORD CORPORATION (A-824)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract
for "Heritage Estates 2nd Addition" RPUD 78-6 as requested by Medford Corpora-
tion;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ply-
mouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior
to recording of said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum
2. Payment of park dedication fees in lieu of dedication based upon 21 lots
in accordance with City park dedication policy in effect at the time of
final platting.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon the
folTowing vote in favor t ereo _ Mavor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils
ine roltowing voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passedand adopted.
