moved its a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-736
APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 18 AND FINAL FOR H. P. DROHER & SONS, INC.
GENERAL CONTRACTOR FOR PROJECT 615, CITY CENTER BUILDING
WHEREAS, H. P. Droher & Sons, Inc. has requested final payment for the general
contract for Project 615, City Center Building; and
WHEREAS, the final payment has been reviewed and approved by Thorsen and Thorshov,
architects for Project 615, and
WHEREAS, the final payment represents all outstanding change orders related to
the general contract for Project 615;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve payment No. 18 and final to
H. P. Droher & Sons, Inc., gneral contractor for Project 615, City Center Building
in the amount of $16,526.26, representing payment in full for the contract amount
of $954,473.84, and
FURTHER, the City Clerk is hereby authorized to release performance securities
in accordance with the specifications and contract for this project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Councilmember Davep ort and upon vote being taken thereon, the
follow ng voted in avorereo Mavor Hunt, Gooncilmembers Davenuort_
Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
