moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-735
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER G-2 TO GENERAL CONTRACT
CITY CENTER BUILDING PROJECT NO. 615
WHEREAS, Thorsen & Thorshov Associates, Inc., architects for City Center
Building Project No. 615, have recommended Change Order G-2, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of approving the changes in construction
embodied in Change Order G-2;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve Change Order G-2 for Plymouth
City Center Building Project No. 615, increasing the general contract with
H. P. Droher & Sons, Inc. a total of $7,526.26 from $946,947.58 to $954,473.84.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho t , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote.d in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt and 'Neil

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and.adopted.
