Neils and Seth The following members were a sen _Alone Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 79 -733 - RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS GALILEE ADDITION UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT 915 WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted January 8, 1979, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect to utility improvements for the Galilee Addition and adjacent property, and WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of sanitary sewer, water - main and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on November 5, 1979; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvements in accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $136,540.00. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 3rd day of December, 1979, in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center at 3400 Plymouth Blvd. at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
