the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the

Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79 -733 -
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
GALILEE ADDITION UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT 915
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted January 8, 1979, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect
to utility improvements for the Galilee Addition and adjacent property, and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of sanitary sewer, water -
main and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on November 5, 1979;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvements in accordance with the report
and the assessment of benefited property for all or a portion of the cost
of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $136,540.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 3rd
day of December, 1979, in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center
at 3400 Plymouth Blvd. at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and
published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being, taken thereon, the
