Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-728
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING, OF FINAL PLAT FOR "AMHURST FIRST ADDITION"
RPUD 79-2 FOR BAN CON, INCORPORATED (79046)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract
for "Amhurst First Addition" RPUD 79-2 as requested by Ban Con, Incorporated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ply-
mouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior
to recording of said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum for this project.
2. Payment of park dedication fees in lieu of dedication for seven single
family residential lots in accordance with park dedication policy in
effect at the time of final platting.
3. Compliance with applicable sections of Section 9, Subdivision 2 of the
Zoning Ordinance relative to final platting for planned unit developments.
