moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-726
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR JUDY'S
RESTAURANT AND kAUENHORST CORPORATION (A-802) (A-403)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division/consolidation for Judy's
Restaurant and Rauenhorst Corporation under Resolution No. 79- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does direct the following
condition to be met prior to filing of said lot division/consolidation:
1. Dedication of a utility and drainage easement on the common lot line as
approved by the City Engineer.
