the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the

AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
MEDINA ROAD AREA UTILITIES
PROJECT NO. 908
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3, dated October 11, 1979, for Nodland Associates,
Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 3 in the amount of $19,440.90 to Nodland Associates, Inc. for
Project 908.
