Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

RESOLUTION NO. 79-720
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH - CONTRACT II
PROJECT NO. 853 AND 911
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4, dated October 11, 1979, for Progressive
Contractors, Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik &
Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make Payment on Request
for Payment No. 4 in the amount of $20,796.08 to Progressive Contractors for
Project 853 and 911.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
