Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s ecial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
22nd day of October , 19 79 , The following members were
present: Mgyor Hunt, CounNilmemb r Davenport. Hoyt. Neils and Spaeth
The following members were asen Nona
Counpilmember SDaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-719
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH - CONTRACT III
PROJECT NO. 807, 911, AND 853
WHEREAS, Request fc'Payment No. 3, dated October 15, 1979, for Northdale
Construction Co., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, :'HEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 3 in the amount of $213,688.26 to Northdale Construction Co.
for Project No. 807, 853 and 911.
' The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember H29t , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote In favor thereof: Mayor Hunt_ Counrilmambprs Davpnunrt_
Hot Neils and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstain one
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
