the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
22nd day of October , 19 79 The following members were

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-714A
REQUEST FOR FOUR WAY STOP LOCATED AT VICKSBURS LANE AND COUNTY ROAD NO. 6.
WHEREAS, the Citv of Plymouth has approved a proposed design submitted by the
Hennepin County Department of Transporation for traffic signal installation at
the intersection of Vicksburg Lane and County Road 6, and;
WHEREAS, there is a lenahty construction time to install said traffic signals,
and;
WHEREAS, there currently exists a traffic and safety problem at the intersection
of County Road 6 and Vicksburg Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Hennepin County Department of Transportation is requested to
install a four way stop at the intersection of County Road 6 and Vicksbura Lane
in the interim period before traffic signals are installed to elevate the traffic
safety problem.
