Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0, 79-713
SETTING PUBLIC HEARING ON
FIVE YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
1979 - 1983
WHEREAS, the City Council has developed a Capital Improvements Program for the
years 1980 through 1984, and
WHEREAS, said proposed Program has been recommended by the Planning Commission
as to the consistency with all local comprehensive plans, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to obtain public comments before final adoption
of the Program
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of November 5, 1979
at 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Blvd. as the time and place for the Public Hearing on said Capital Improvements
Program and directs the administrative staff to publish Notice of said Hearing.
