Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, asued meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was—FT on the
99nd day of _ October , 1912_. The following men -hers were

The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-711
DENYING SETBACK VARIANCES REQUESTED BY DWIGHT SWATOSH, SOMERSET HOMES, INC.,
FOR LOT 11, BLOCK 1, PENWALK ADDITION
WHEREAS, Mr. Dwight Swatosh, representing Somerset Homes, Inc. has requested
setback variances from the front yard, rear yard and side yard requirements of
the zoning ordinance for a proposed single family dwelling on Lot 11, Block 1,
Penwalk Addition near the intersection of Ives Lane and 23rd Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning Adjustments and Appeals heard the matter on
October 9, 1979 and recommended denial of the request; and,
WHEREAS, the petitioner has requested a hearing before the City Council to
appeal the ruling of the Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does uphold the ruling of the Board of
Zoning Adjustments and Appeals by denying setback variances requested by Dwight
Swatosh, Somerset Homes, Inc., for Lot 11, Block 1, Penwalk Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
—_Councilmember Hovt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
followo voted in Favor thereof.— Mavor Hunt, Councilmembers Neils, Davenport,
_ Spaeth and Hoyt.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pasied and adopted.
