Councilmembei, Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79- 707
APPROVING LOT DIVISION AND CONSOLIDATION FOR PLATTED AND UNPLATTED PROPERTIES FOR
METRAM PROPERTIES (A-683)
WHEREAS, Metram Properties has requested approval of the necessary division and
consolidation of platted and unplatted land within the City of Plymouth at the
southwest quadrant of County Road 9 and County Road 18 to establish a single tax
parcel for the development known as the Four Seasons Shopping Center; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has directed such action and has, through Resolution
No. 77-8 and 78-786 vacated adjacent public rights-of-way which have been filed
with Hennepin County; and,
WHEREAS, during the consideration and approval of Resolutions 79-453 approving
the lot division of Lot 1, Block 5, Plymouth Plaza 2nd Addition it was determined
the north portion of said Lot 1, Block 5 was located north of the Lancaster Lane
street right-of-way within the area to be consolidated with other parcels;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota:, that it should and hereby does approve the following division and
consolidation and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary
special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the division and
consolidation are approved by Hennepin County:
1. Divide Lot 1, Block 5, Plymouth Plaza 2nd Addition (PIN 13-118-22-13-0080)
to separate the north 48 feet lying between PIN 13-118-22-13-0076 and
PIN 13-118-22-14-0001 as a separate parcel.
2. Consolidate the following land into a single parcel as represented
on attached Exhibit A:
A. The above created parcel.
B. Parcel PIN 13-118-22-13-0053
C. Parcel PIN 13-118-22-13-0076 including vacated street
D. Parcel PIN 13-118-22-14-0001 including vacated street
E. Parcel PIN 13-118-22-14-0006

F. That parcel consisting of vacated portion of old County Road 9
right-of-way described in City Council Resolution No, 78-786 as
follows:
"That part of old Hennepin County Road No. 9 in part of Section 13,
Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying westerly
of the northerly extension of the westerly right-of-way of Lancaster
Lane, as platted in Plymouth Plaza 4th Addition, and lying easterly
and southerly of the following described line: Beginning at a point
on the northerly lot line of Lot 4, Block 5, Plymouth Plaza 2nd
Addition, distant 46.35 feet westerly of the northeast corner of
said Lot 4 (said northerly line has assumed bearing of N 88 degrees
26 minutes 06 seconds E); thence N 41 degrees 33 minutes 47 seconds
E, a distance of 58.50 feet more or less, to the south line of
Hennepin County State Aid Highway No. 18, Plat 32, thence easterly
along said southerly line of C.S.A.H. No. 18 to its intersection with
the northerly extension of the westerly right-of-way of said Lancaster
Lane and there terminating."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by cilme r Davenport , and upon vote being taken therew,`the
follow voted in rtTie—rw Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt.' Neils and Spaeth
hereupon the Resolut was declared duly
