Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the

introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 79- 740B
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "HERITAGE ESTATES 3RD
ADDITION" RPUD 78-6 FOR MEDFORD CORPORATION (A-824)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract
for "Heritage Estates 3rd Addition" RPUD 78-6 as requested by Medford Corpora-
tion;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ply-
mouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior
to recording of said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees in lieu of dedication based upon 15 lots
in accordance with City park dedication policy in effect at the time of
final platting.
