RESOLUTION NO. 79-697
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
1979 STREET SURFACING
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 5, dated October 3, 1979, for Hardrives, Inc.
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and payment
is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA athat the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 5 in the amount of $51,579.09 to Hardrives, Inc. for 1979
Street Surfacing.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho t and upon vote being taken thereon. the
