AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 801
VTCKSBURG LANE - CO. RD. 9 TO CO. RD. 47
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2, dated October 8, 1979, for Jerome Begin
Contracting Co. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik b Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 2 in the amount of $73,097.73 to Jerome Begin Contracting Co.
for Project 801.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Councilmemb r Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote to favor t=ere� Mavor Hunt. Councilmembers Davenport.
Hoyt, Neils and; Spaeth ,
The following voted against or abstained: None

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
