Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-692
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 846
RAPPAPORT STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1, dated October 5, 1979, for Northdale
Construction Co., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 1 in the amount of $33,324.30 to Northdale Construction Co. for
Project 846.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor t ereo or Hunt CouncilmembersDavenort.

The following voted against or abstained: Nang
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
