Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-689
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 806
PINEVIEW LANE STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3, dated October 2, 1979, for Progressive
Contractors, Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 3 in the amount of $139,804.65 to Progressive Contractors, Inc.
for Project 806.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Co and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote o favor thereof: ayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt. Neils and 5oaetb
The following voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly—passed and adopted.
