Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-687
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR SAM CASTELLINO FOR RETAIL SALES AND A
BUSINESS SIGN LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUADRANT OF THE INTERSECTION OF COUNTY
ROAD 9 AND PEONY LAND (A-593)
WHEREAS, Sam Castellino has reauested a conditional use permit to conduct a
retail sales business within the I-1 zoning district including approval of the
submitted sign proposal; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Sam Castellino
for a conditional use permit to conduct a retail sales business within the I-1
zoning district including approval of the submitted sign subject to the following
conditions:
1. No outside storage be allowed on the site;
2. No advertising of sales operation be allowed;
3. Any signs to be used on the site shall be per the Ordinance, and petitioner
shall be limited to one sign for his operation. In addition, said sign
shall be a maximum of 16 square feet with a setback of 20 feet from both
roads.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

TheNeils and Spaeth
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly ;passedand adopted.
