The following members were o present: Ma y r Hunt, Counc� mem ers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth The followino members were a sPn ' mn +rtw ww* **• Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 79-681 APPROVING SUBDIVISION VARIANCE FOR LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION OF UNPLATTED PROPERTY FOR FORESTER MEAT PACKING COMPANY (A-611) WHEREAS, Forester Meat Packing Company has requested a variance from the sub- division regulations to allow the consolidation and division of unplatted property at 11510 B County Road 9 to permit an adjustment of the parcel bound- aries; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called public hearing and has recommend approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve the variance from the subdivision regulations for the following consolidation and division, and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the consolidation and division are approved by Hennepin County: Parcel 825 (P.I.N. 14-118-22-12-0001) and Parcel 850 (P.I.N. 14-118-22-12-0002), together comprising the E z of the W ? of the NE 4 of Section 14, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County. To be divided into two new parcels as follows: Parcel A: The E z of the W ;2 of the NE ; of Section 14, Township 118, Range 22, except the south 530.00 feet of the north 1600.00 feet of the east 420.00 feet thereof. Subject to an easement for road purposes over the east 33.00 feet of said E �2 of the W z of the NE 4. Parcel B: The south 530.00 feet of the north 1600.00 feet of the east 420.00 feet of the E 2 of the W ? of the NE 4 of Section 14, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Subject to an easement for road purposes over the east 33.00 feet thereof; together with an easement for road purposes over the east 33.00 feet of that part of said E 3-2 of the W 2 of the NE 34 lying northerly of the centerline of C.S.A.H. No. 9.
