C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2021-018
R ESOLUTION A DOPTING W ATER S UPPLY PLAN
WHEREAS, the City operates a public water distribution system; and
WHEREAS, the City is required by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources to update
and their Water Supply Plan every 10 years; and
WHEREAS, said Water Supply Plan was submitted to and approved by the Minnesota
Department of Natural Resources on December 10, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the City of Plymouth Water Supply Plan is adopted.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 12th day of January, 2021.
