R ESOLUTION N O. 2021-015
R ESOLUTION A WARDING THE B ID AND A UTHORIZING C ONSTRUCTION OF THE C REEKSIDE
H ILLS T RAIL P ROJECT TO R OSTI C ONSTRUCTION, I NC. (PR209001)
WHEREAS, on July 28, 2020, the City Council authorized the advertisement of bids for
construction the Creekside Hills Trail; and
WHEREAS, a total of 12 bids were received and opened according to law on December 17,
2020; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received and in compliance with the advertisement:

Engineer’s Estimate $191,417.52
WHEREAS staff and SRF Consulting, Inc. have reviewed the bids and recommend awarding the
bid to Rosti Construction; and
WHEREAS, Rosti Construction meets the City’s Responsible Bidder Evaluation Policy; and
WHEREAS, construction is slated to begin March, 2021 with substantial completion by June 30,
2021; and
WHEREAS, this project is included in the 2020 Capital Improvement Program utilizing Park
Dedication Funds. The overall project cost is estimated at $334,000 with the City contributing
$294,000 and Wayzata School District contributing $40,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the bid is awarded to Rosti Construction.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 12th day of January, 2021.
