R ESOLUTION A PPROVING B ASSETT C REEK R EGIONAL T RAIL C OOPERATIVE
A GREEMENT AND B ASSETT C REEK P ROPERTY R IGHTS A GREEMENT
WITH T HREE R IVERS P ARK D ISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City has been in discussions with Three Rivers Park District to secure regional trail
cooperative agreements and associated property rights on City property; and
WHEREAS, this would legally formalize property rights between the City and Three Rivers Park
District; and
WHEREAS, Three Rivers Park District Board of Commissioners approved the Bassett Creek
Regional Trail Cooperative Agreement and Bassett Creek Property Rights Agreement at the
December 17, 2020 meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Bassett Creek Regional Trail Cooperative Agreement and Bassett Creek Property
Rights Agreement with Three Rivers Park District are approved and the Mayor and City Manager are
authorized to execute the agreements.
