R ESOLUTION T ERMINATING W ATER Q UALITY P OND
M AINTENANCE A GREEMENT FOR C URTIS L AKE A DDITION AND C URTIS L AKE S ECOND
A DDITION
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Curtis Lake Addition to terminate the Agreement,
dated June 17, 1991 and recorded on June 24, 1991 as Document Number 5791801 in the office of
County Recorder of Hennepin County; and
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Curtis Lake Second Addition to terminate the
Agreement, dated June 30, 1992 and recorded on July 31, 1992 as Document Number 5949793 in the
office of County Recorder of Hennepin County; and
WHEREAS, the petition has gone through the review process established by the Plymouth Pond
Maintenance Policy; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has determined that the petition is eligible and meets
all the necessary requirements of the Plymouth Pond Maintenance Policy.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the petition to terminate the Water Quality Treatment Ponds Agreement for Curtis
Lake Addition and Curtis Lake Second Addition is hereby granted and the water quality treatment pond
agreements for Curtis Lake Addition and Curtis Lake Second Addition are terminated.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 12th day of January, 2021.
