C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2021-011
R ESOLUTION A CCEPTING D ONATION OF K9 B ULLISTIC VEST
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Police Department currently maintains a K9 Unit; and
WHEREAS, the K9 Unit has a need to protect their K9 partners from potential harm to the best of their
ability; and
WHEREAS, the Vested Interest in K9s, Inc. desires to donate a ballistic K9 vest for the Police
Department’s K9 Unit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the donation of one ballistic K9 vest is accepted.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 12th day of January, 2021.
