R ESOLUTION N O. 2021-007
R ESOLUTION A PPOINTING C ATHERINE C ESNIK AS D IRECTOR
AND C OUNCILMEMBER P ROM AS A LTERNATE D IRECTOR
ON THE B ASSETT C REEK W ATERSHED M ANAGEMENT C OMMISSION
WHEREAS, Councilmember Prom and Catherine Cesnik currently serve as the Director and Alternate
Director respectively on the Bassett Creek Watershed Management Commission; and
WHEREAS, Councilmember Prom has requested that their roles be reversed; and
WHEREAS, the terms for these appointments expire January 31, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Catherine Cesnik is appointed as the Director and Councilmember Prom as the Alternate
Director on the Bassett Creek Watershed Management Commission for terms to expire January 31, 2023.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 12th day of January, 2021.
