The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt and Neils The following members were absent: Councilmember Spaeth Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and moved its a option: RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 662 RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COOPERATIVE COUNTY -WIDE ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SERVICES PROGRAM WHEREAS, Hennepin County has proposed to establish a County -Wide Environmental Health Services Program to provide statutory mandated health services to communities who presently do not provide such services, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has considered this issue at their October 1 Council meeting; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does support the establishment of a County - Wide Environmental Health Services Program, and FURTHER, endorses Plymouth's participation in such program, provided the City may, on a year-to-year basis determine whether it wishes to extend its participation in such a program.
