Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 661
APPROVAL OF OFF -SALE NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License
has been received from Randall Paul Radtke/dba G. Willy's, 3431 North
County Road 18, Plymouth, MN 55441 for consideration and approval by the
Plymouth City Council, in accordance with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII,
Section 1210;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that an Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License
be approved for Randall Paul Radtke/ dba G. Willy's, 3431 North County
Road 18, Plymouth, MN 55441 for the period to expire June 30, 1980.
